Zweiter Sellaturm - Kasnapoff - Führe

Kletterstrecke: 345 m

Eröffnet: M.Zelger mit Frau von Kasnapoff 1913
 

 

Die "Kasnapoff"- Führe ist eine elegante und vielbegangenen Route. Nach ca. 15 min Zustieg vom Sella Joch, erreicht man den Einstieg bei einer auffälligen Gedenktafel. Die Route führt erst links der rechten Begrenzungskante der Nordwand, dann ziemlich direkt an der Kante, mal in die Nord-, mal in die Westwand wechselnd.Es empfiehlt sich im Sommer schon vor 8.00 Uhr am Einstieg zu sein. Später kann es zu unangenehmen Wartezeiten kommen. Ab der vierten Seillänge ist vorsicht geboten. Links an der Wand sind viele Verhauer und Nägel. Die Route führt allerdings nach rechts an die Kante. Wer die Linke Seite wählt muss mit einem höheren Schwierigkeitsgrad rechnen (6+). Sollte man sich linkr verklettert haben, kommt man bei der 8ten Seillänge wieder in die Normalroute zurück.

Herrliche Route, erfordert v.a. Schnelligkeit. Am besten mehrere trockene Tage abwarten (in denen man an anderen Routen die Geschwindigkeit trainiert...) Rückzug nur äußerst umständlich möglich! Aber es gibt ja immer noch das Band zum Ausqueren nach den ersten 17 SL, was aber das Gesamterlebnis schmälert. Absicherung alpin, auch die Standplätze.

ups der blog ist eigentlich für die Via Fedele am Pordoi gedacht gewesen, keine Ahnung wieso der hierein gerutscht ist.
Die Kasnapoff ist eine sehr schöne Route in dem Grad. Trotz der Beliebtheit ist die Wegfindung v.a. im unteren Bereich nicht immer einfach, also nicht "einfach dem Speck nach". Von daher interessant, hab's auch schön homogen in Erinnerung.
